The Phil Lynott Convention ‘22 Dublin August 20th 2022
This August 20th 2022 The Phil Lynott Convention comes to Dublin for the first time to celebrate Phil Lynott’s birthday, his music and his life.
The inaugural Phil Lynott Convention in 2019 saw a memorial plaque unveiling at Hallam Hospital, West Bromwich where Phil was born.
August 20th 2021 saw the unveiling of a statue in West Bromwich to further enhance the legacy of one of Ireland's most loved rock stars.
Poetry readings at the statue in Harry Street and film and documentary screenings during the day along with a special concert will make this a hugely memorable occasion.
The Dublin celebrations will be made even more special as Brian Downey’s ‘Alive and Dangerous’ will take to the stage and headline a very special concert.
The concert will take place at The Well, St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin and features
